10 sessions: 1.5 Hour live classes and an infinite amount of virtual guidance and assistance. Classes run bi-weekly for 5 months.
Every second Tuesday starting Oct 21 2025 from 9:30 AM- 11:00 AM running bi weekly until Feb 24 2026
*2 weeks off over Christmas break.
